I am pleased to announce Crystal Lawrence-Piggott as or second employee to receive the Employee of the Quarter Award and Recognition.

Leadership Standard 3.7 – Organization’s leaders recognize staff for their quality improvement work which may include awards, announcements in newsletters or at staff meetings, or other rewards.

Crystal Lawrence-Piggott (Paramedic) was recognized as the Employee of the Quarter for her hard work and dedication to helping SDAA achieve accreditation goals and standards.  Crystal is in charge of hand hygiene audits, client surveys and infection and control standards.  She is very motivated and dedicated to her responsibilities in helping us become more efficient.  She is a leader in regards to stepping up to get any job done and this includes being the Responsible Designate when supervisors off.
